The story behind e-Peak People HR
My background in psychology, human resources and technology has led me to observe one and the same reality: organizations today hold vast amounts of data about their activity, yet still know far too little about the people who make up their true strength.
I founded e-Peak People from this observation: better understanding talent — their skills, potential and dynamics — so that organizations can make better human and business decisions.
Our ambition is to put human sciences, data and artificial intelligence at the service of a better understanding of human capital, beyond bias, perceptions and appearances.
