Compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) · Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how e-Peak People HR collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this website, prospects and clients, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
The data controller is e-Peak People HR (SASU), registered under SIREN 984 876 813 with the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register (RCS), with registered office in Argenteuil (95), France. Its legal representative is Ismaëlle Haddouzi, Founder and CEO. For any question regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact us at ih@peakpeople-hr.com.
We collect only the data necessary to respond to your requests and provide our services. This includes: identification and contact details (name, professional email, phone number, job title, company) provided when you fill in the contact form or book a demo; professional information you share with us to understand your HR needs; and anonymized browsing data (pages viewed, time spent, referring source) collected for audience measurement. We never collect more data than is necessary for these purposes.
Depending on the case, our processing is based on: the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (handling your demo request, providing our services); your consent (browsing data, marketing communications), which you may withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interest in improving our services and communicating with our prospects and clients.
Your data is accessed only by authorized e-Peak People HR staff, on a need-to-know basis. It may also be shared with our technical service providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, scheduling), who are contractually bound to the same level of protection. Your personal data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus 5 years for accounting and legal purposes. Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 13 months. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
e-Peak People HR implements technical and organizational measures suited to the sensitivity of the data processed: hosting in France with OVHcloud, SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at rest, Zero Trust architecture, multi-factor authentication, strict access segmentation and regular security audits.
Your data is hosted exclusively in France and never transferred outside the European Union. Should this change in the future, any such transfer would only take place under the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
This website uses three categories of cookies: strictly necessary functional cookies (no consent required), audience-measurement analytics cookies, and marketing cookies (both subject to your consent, collected via the banner displayed on your first visit). You may withdraw or adjust your consent at any time by clicking "Customize" in the cookie banner. No cookie is kept for longer than 13 months.
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, the right to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to define directives on the fate of your data after your death. To exercise these rights, contact us at ih@peakpeople-hr.com, specifying your identity. We will respond within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
